Ok. Say the call is answered but the PIN number entered is incorrect? For example, what if the fraudster just keep reusing bogus (but valid) phone numbers – do these calls reduce your onverify credits?
on standard phone verification, customer must enter the pin on web site. in case, fraudster gives valid but bogus numbers, he cannot learn the pin to enter website to complete a transaction. this kind of calls are billed only if they are answered. But again on the web site, some extra controls are needed to eliminate extra cost like:
