This is the “Contact Form 7″ Plug-in +” OnVerify” Plug in. OnVerify.com WordPress plug-in works as Copy Paste HTML Verification of OnVerify; stops the current form for phone verification. The number provided on the form is called and a pin is announced. OnVerify plug-in displays a small input box to enter the announced pin. If pins (announced and entered) match, form marked as verified, and continues processing.
